Association for Contemporary Jewellery Wessex Group – Data Protection and Privacy Notice.
ACJW is a local group of the Association for Contemporary Jewellery and has approx. 50 members.
When you subscribe to our newsletter about the group exhibitions, the following rules apply:-
o We only hold your name and email address, nothing else.
o This information is held by a data processing company Mailchimp who only send out emails that we control.
o We only send out emails to advise you when and where our next exhibition will be, so the maximum mails you will receive would be about four a year.
o We will never sell or give your information to anyone else.
o It will only be the two committee members in charge of sending out the exhibition details, who will be able to see the list of subscribers, not the entire membership.
o You can opt out at any time by either sending an email to info@acjwessex.co.uk or clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of one of our emails.
