My personal vocabulary of form and texture has been developed by directly manipulating precious metals using hand tools and heat.
Specialising in reticulation, I express this distinctive visual language through jewellery and small objects of silver and high carat golds.
Drawn to the textural possibilities and structural limits that can be achieved when directional heat is applied to forged, folded forms, each piece is individually fabricated, resulting in a variety of intricate forms, details evoking weathered fragments of flotsam and other marine elements from the shoreline.
