Caroline Taylor

Caroline has always loved colour and design and for many years was a freelance journalist specialising in the work of 19th and 20th century designers and makers that appeared for auction in  London, including the  salesrooms of Christie’s and Sotheby’s. In recent years  the  gift of a jewellery making class inspired her to use her retirement to learn the art of making enamel jewellery. It has a fascinating history dating back to the Middle Ages and there is so much to learn that she will be experimenting for years to come.
